We are proud of our diverse workforce and like to recognise our people through various reward and recognition schemes, as well as through learning and development.   Our premise is simple: the exceptional, every day.   The job in a nutshell: The Compliance Partner will be dedicated to one of Mitie Irelands strategic accounts, promoting a strong and systematic compliance culture across the account. You will advise the team of policy and process change to improve operational efficiency and emphasize cross-discipline connected intelligence while managing upstream risk and leading audits.   Key responsibilities: Prepare accurate and timely monthly and quarterly reporting to meet the contractual account objectives.  Co-ordinate monthly governance meetings and CAPA (Corrective actions preventative actions) for aspects identified in Governance meeting Manage quarterly KPI reporting Support operational team to react efficiently and effectively in line to SLA's and KPI's Support Variation and tender submission to ensure that they meet the compliance requirements of the contract Manage the onboarding of staff and contractors to client's security protocols Governance and control of quality management plans including CMQP (Contract Management Quality Plan), BCP (Business continuity plans), Management structures etc Manage the compliance and regulatory requirements of the contract supporting the implementation and communication of the protocols and procedures for the due governance of the contract. Manage the FM input to the yearly client contract audit, act as main point of contact for preparation, execution, and information requests (Financial controls and operation, regulatory requirements, 3rd party contractor management screening process) Manage personnel files for audit and manage staff screening in line with contractual obligations Relationship management - Manage contract and compliance requests from Client & stakeholders 3rd party PES management - Ensure 3rd party vendors meet the pre-employment screening requirements of the client and deliver a professional, compliant service provision to ensure no impact to the reputation or security of the client. Communicating the requirements for meeting these obligations with Mitie's staff and contractors. Audit Mitie's 3rd party contractors to check and verify a that they meet the client's protocols for working at the client's locations. Investigate with 3rd parties where Compliance issues occur to ensure preventative actions are identified and implemented Provide training and support to Mitie staff on account to client's protocols are implemented effectively. Lead the development and implementation of business processes necessary to ensure successful implementation of effective compliance protocols in all areas of Mitie's operations on account. Manage change with key stakeholders and third parties' partners Knowledgeable of contract risk register About you: Knowledgeable on legislative directives/regulations, industry standards and organisational policy, and monitor upstream change At least 3 + years previous experience in a FM operations compliance role Experience in compliance systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 Ability to read and interpret contractual documents. Highly motivated and organised in your approach to your work with the ability to work autonomously and to strict deadlines, ensuring compliance and contractual requirements are met. You will have strong leadership and management skills, and will be comfortable interacting with senior management Excellent communication and organisational skills.
