About you: Access Hospitality is looking for an Account Executive to actively develop relationships with hospitality industry organisations and companies across Ireland and close significant opportunities with some of the country’s largest hospitality organisations. Access Hospitality Ireland provides a powerful suite of software solutions for the hospitality and care sectors that give operators better control over all aspects of their business such as costs, people and processes. Working with all sizes of businesses from single to large multi-site operators, our solutions enable customers to control costs and streamline processes, delivering improved efficiency and increased profitability. Coming from a SaaS background, you will have a track record in over exceeding targets. You are highly experienced in presenting a company vision and be able to articulate our unique value proposition. You will have sold multiple software products to large companies from self-generated lead origination through to deal completion. Day-to-day, you will: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities through to close. Manage the entire sales process from lead generation, bid submission, presentation, and contractual negotiations. Develop strong long-term relationships with decision makers through regular contact, dialogue, meetings and networking with key influencers. You will work with the product development team to ensure co-ordinated approaches to target opportunities that allows the effective delivery of solutions to the client. Provide management information on pipeline, activity forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace. Support the expansion into new vertical markets through new business activity and the nurturing of prospects and potential partnerships. Your skills and experiences might also include: You will have experience selling into the retail and / or hospitality sector to large organisations as well as smaller individuals. You will be a strategic thinker, able to analyse business opportunities and develop an appropriate sales plan, able to prioritise in fast-paced environment where priorities often conflict. Work closely with cross-functional internal stakeholders and build your own internal and external network. Leverage marketing automation and sales enablement tools to effectively manage leads. Have the ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and practices. Confident in board room situations with strong presentation skills. Always striving for the best customer experience! Innovative, driven, and flexible, accurate and hardworking and able to cope with pressure in a continually changing environments. As a well-rounded sales professional, your Skills and Experiences are likely to include: Previous experience in a B2B SaaS sales role. 5+ years field sales experience within the retail and / or hospitality sector. Winning competitive, complex sales opportunities with large companies. Able to work on own initiative. Excellent time management skills. Ability to work as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, telephone, email and written. Act with integrity, loyalty and honesty. Full clean driving license required. What does Access offer you?
