This includes ownership of P&L for high value IoT accounts, with objective to drive profitable growth within account.To drive a solution mindset by understanding how to reconcile the technical features/benefits of IoT propositions & products to address business challenges of customers.Support of strategic initiatives to further growth of the IoT Business in Ireland.Developing an understanding of key market verticals to enhance targeted campaigns.Support Vodafone IoT’s market positioning, creation of joint GTM campaigns for our IoT connectivity propositions.Essence of Role – Key Accountabilities:Impact on the business:Achieve and exceed targets on revenue, new business contract signings, and specific product sales KPIs, ensuring profitable growth of Vodafone’s IoT market share in Ireland.Manage strategic IoT campaigns (including gaining support from other business areas) to drive IoT pipeline and revenue growth.Cultivate and create relationships with customers and business partners to promote growth of IoT business. Trusted advisor regarding IoT to internal and external stakeholders.Leadership and Teamwork:Develop and nurture relationship with internal stakeholders across other teams, promoting IoT internally.Innovation and change:Strong solution sales capability with experience in transformational deals, driving TCO and process improvement to customers.Be creative and understand customer’s needs from Vodafone with each new customer presenting a new challenge. Possess a strong capability to conceive solutions composed from multiple product lines to meet customer’s business needs.Challenge existing internal processes & identify areas for implementing improvements.Essence of Role – Key Accountabilities:Knowledge and Experience:Experience of sales campaign management, and solution sellingUnderstanding of the IOT solution stack (eg: devices, connectivity, applications) and associated technology trendsCommunication:Confident in articulating complex IoT solutions to C suite to deliver ROI & resolve customer business outcomesExperience in delivering presentations.We Are Looking For You, If You Have:Essential:Knowledge of the Mobile wireless solutions industry.Commercially astute and financially literate.A rudimentary knowledge of current and trending IOT technologies (eg: 5G, LPWA, mobile private networks, etc).A proven record of success in lead-generation and achieving sales KPIs.Strong presentation skills which can be tailored across different audience-types Desirable:Experience of specifically selling IoT solutionsExperience in managing the in-life relationship with IOT customers, (post-sale).A technical understanding of IoT solutions and their underpinning components and technologies.Experience in, and an understanding of target IoT vertical market sectors (eg:Utilities, Security, Retail, Manufacturing, and Vehicle Tracking, etc)Understanding of data roaming modelsWho we are:Vodafone is pioneering Ireland’s Gigabit Society.We are Ireland’s leading total communications provider offering products and services make a real impact in the lives and communities of our customers.As part of Vodafone Group, we are part of the world’s largest mobile community with a presence across all five continents.We’re at the forefront of innovation in Ireland.
