Together, we’re solving real problems for real people.In this role, you will act as the strategy & operations “right-hand” to our VP of Customer Education within our CX department, running and evolving your business unit through data insights, project management of critical initiatives and delivery of core business operations. Over time, you may also manage a team of business analysts.The Customer Education function includes multiple channels and programs that Personio uses to inform and connect our customers, yielding higher adoption, retention, and awareness of new products for our customers. Customer Education also aims to make the rest of our CX touchpoints more efficient by connecting with customers at scale and by connecting customers with each other.  Role Responsibilities: What you'll do Analytical Skills: Develop and support EDU dashboards to drive decision-making, answer business questions and guide investment using BI tools, spreadsheets and visualizations in partnership with data teamsStakeholder Management: Act as a right-hand partner to your business leader supporting strategy (including workshops), execution of key initiatives, day-to-day operations and ongoing analysisCommunication/Presentation: Regularly present to a variety of internal stakeholders on business performance and strategy and the Education team’s key releases, accomplishments, and upcoming road mapProgram/Project management: Support the team in executing key strategic initiatives and drive the ongoing planning and reporting cadences for the Education team, such as business reviews, reporting, and goal-settingLeadership: Over time, hire onboard and coach a team of business analysts supporting various CX functions Role Requirements: What you need to succeed 8+ years of Strategy & Operations experience or similar experience in a related field/industryExperience managing teams OR managing through influence with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environmentComfort with analytical tools - excel, SQL, BI software, CRM, Data visualizationHave experience owning all stages of program and change management, from ideation and hypothesis testing through gaining executive buy-in and field execution.Extensive experience presenting to senior stakeholders (director +) Why Personio Personio is an equal opportunities employer, committed to building an integrative culture where everyone feels welcomed and supported.
