Responsibilities Work to educate clients on the emerging practices in relation to their specific industry and key business requirementsChalk out trust maturity phases and help clients to move up their maturity curve, thus maximising the value from common Analytics toolsManage multiple client engagements simultaneouslyPivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes and deliverablesWork in partnership with the Management team, create the strategic plan and implement new processes and approaches to achieve itActively coordinate a successful team in line with the strategic planWrite, or direct the writing of white papers that add further insight and thought in the solution areaGuide and assist the professional development of specialist team membersEnsure the organisation has skilled and motivated staff with high morale and a clear understanding of their career direction, as measured in the staff survey and via feedback from the performance management processDevelopment of high value/high potential clients, managing account performance and development, providing assistance to and liaising with the Country MD regarding sector strategy and growthLeadership responsibility for provision of consulting services to corporate clients and achieving agreed objectives Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experienceHas achieved a formal certification as a Scrum Master, Kanban Lead, Lean Six Sigma certification or similar Agile approachProven evidence of Coaching skill development through experience and/or formal certificationDesirable: Management qualification or relevant years of experienceKnowledge of MS SharePoint Skills Excellent client-facing skillsGood self-management – continuous performance is both a goal and a mind-set Has an innovative approach – a bold thinker and doer, matching creativity with vigilance Excellent communication and presentations skills - Experience in the creation and delivery of Agile Training courses to clientsDemonstrates Lean Thinking and an Agile Mind-set in how they work internally and externallyPeople management skills - introducing and building ways in which people can learn from each other, encouraging mentoring and the transfer of knowledge by designing and delivering learning interventions Experience Experience of introducing new concepts or strategies that significantly improve or revise the way business is done through to implementation.Proven evidence of Coaching skill development through experience and/or formal certificationActively involved in the Agile community through publications, speaking events or facilitating community eventsProven experience in conducting Agile Health-checks for clients and presenting the findings to clientsExtensive application/technology and domain knowledge and has recognised expertise in business consulting including participating in the identification of and planning for future resource needsExtensive experience with all stages of the product development lifecycle (concept to launch). Strong knowledge of new and emerging technologies based on own area of expertiseExperience in managing the change control procedure.
