You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and ensuring the office is running smoothly. The candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience.  Requirements Role Requirements & Responsibilities  Assisting our Planning Team with daily and weekly activities to ensure effective use of resources.   Ensuring proofs of delivery are actively managed promptly.   Liaising with the Planning control tower and team to maintain service levels.  Liaising with clients, sub-contractors, overseas offices, and agents, understanding requirements for excellent customer service.   Working closely with clients’ supply chain function to ensure schedules are met and are accurately reported on.  Providing administrative support to the Manager & Team including Document Management, team meeting schedules and minute-taking.   Assisting in the scheduling of training both inhouse & off-site  Create and update records and databases  Coordination of purchasing/stock control/distribution of supplies and equipment   Other Ad hoc and administrative duties as required.  Candidate Requirements  Ability to be flexible in respect of work standards and demands. Capable of working under pressure at times and to strict deadlines. Ability to complete tasks. Resilient and able to deal with changing priorities. The successful candidate will be required to possess and demonstrate:    Proven experience as an office administrator, ideally for 4+ years in an office assistant or relevant role   A passion for delivering superior customer service.   Strong written and verbal communication skills.   Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail  Time management skills with the competence to manage multiple priorities at once  Proficient with MS Office skills  Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team  Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment  The following qualifications, skills and experience would be an advantage.  A working knowledge of a European language.  Experience of MS SharePoint in a corporate environment.   Academic qualifications in logistics and supply chain management fields  Benefits The remunerating package, including salary and benefits, is negotiable depending on experience.
