Driving strategic business decisions, optimising operational processes, and enhancing overall organisational performanceMonitoring live betting on various football markets and adjust odds based on real-time data and customer behaviour. You'll leverage our in-house models and add value by identifying when and how odds should adjust, requiring keen attention to detail and a proactive analytical approach.Leading by example and motivating team members towards achieving excellence in all aspects of their work. Foster a collaborative environment where ideas can be shared openly, and innovation is encouraged.Continuously seeking ways to streamline processes and bringing a new perspective to the team. Implementing best practices and innovative solutions that contribute to operational excellence and better service delivery.Developing skills by tackling initiatives outside of operational tasks, including analytics, product management, and people leadership. This role allows you to work closely with and gain exposure from teams across Commercial, Finance, Marketing, and Technology by completing various projects.Taking a customer centric approach to ensure a seamless experience and keep a vigilant eye on competitors to swiftly adapt to market changes.
