The successful candidate will be responsible for providing lead consultation on the Design, Configuration, and Implementation of GLAMS for our Client's Customers. The Business Anaylst will typically work with a Project Manager who will lead the overall implementation project.Job Responsibilities: Reviewing client User Requirement Specifications and translating those into GLAMS system requirements.Leading client workshops: defining process workflows, gathering information, and providing workaround solutions when software needs are not met.Work closely with our customers to understand their goals, strategies, and constraints and using this understanding to collaborate effectively with them.Work internally to configure the GLAMS software to meet customer requirements and present the configured system back to customers.Work on Validation deliverables, including creation of test scripts, document reviews, configuration testing, and supporting user acceptance testing. Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to deliver projects on time within budget, ensuring that scope is adhered to. Job Requirements: Minimum 3 Years Experience with a similar role. Third-level degree in Business or IT or other relevant discipline. Experience working directly with external customers - ideally customers with a global reach.Strong verbal and written communication skills - communicates thoughts in a well-organised manner.
