NATIONAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE- IRELAND RESPONSIBILITIES Based in our Dublin office you will assist in the account management of our Irish distribution partner, and to support in building profitable sales growth on our leading brands.   Account Management Responsible for the delivery of the annual sales plan Assist the SNAM with the delivery of the annual sales plan Work directly with key contacts to understand risks and opportunities to delivery of the sales plan and work cross functionally to proactively gap fill. Day to day control of the Trade Investment plan & P&L Timely inputs into the forecasting and trade spend systems as part of the monthly process. Invoice approval in a timely way and tracking against the trade investment budgets   Communication Co-ordinate the implementation of a customer specific promotion plan for our leading Coty brands liaising with Marketing/Demand Planning/Trade Marketing/POS and customer buyer and supply teams. Facilitate information flow between Coty and distributor for data such as service level and stockholding. Liaise with Demand Planning and communicate any stock availability issues to the customer. Day to day contact with Allegro team to respond to ad hoc requests and issues Support SNAM in building a strong relationship between Coty and the distributor across all relevant departments within their structure. Travel to UK/Wimbledon office required at key times throughout the year.     Forecasting Prepare promotional forecasts in liaison with distributor, SNAM, Marketing and Trade Marketing. Submit and agree forecasts with the customer & Demand Planning.   Analysis Prepare pre-promotional P&Ls to understand revenue and profit potential. Review post promotional analysis to understand results of promotion.   Store visits Carry out monthly store visits to track promotional activity for the relevant brands. Update competitor activity tracker for the relevant competitors. Update retail pricing tracker for the relevant brands.     ‘The commercial team in Ireland consists of a NAE, SNAM & Head of Ireland, and you will work closely together with several functions within the Sales and Marketing departments.
