As the Executive Reward Partner you will support with the definition and implementation of the executive total reward strategy and plans; this includes managing the reward and performance cycle process for the executive population; Managing the operational processes for the executive population; Partnering with internal stakeholders such as ABF stakeholders, P&C Directors, Legal, and Finance to ensure the effectiveness and compliance of current and new policies and practices; Providing advice and direction to P&C Directors on all matters of executive reward (fixed and variable) policy and process; As a senior member of the reward team, anticipates challenges, provides guidance and support to all team members including direct peers and Head of RewardWhat You’ll GetThe world is changing and it’s important we support our colleagues. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day: Leadership: You will lead, advise and guide more junior members of the reward team.Client Management & Stakeholders: You will be accountable for client group/s and be the first point-of-contact for People & Culture Directors. You will implement solutions by coordinating with other departments such as Finance, Payroll, Technology, People & Culture Directors, and ABF colleagues. You will do this by proactively and continuously developing strong and constructive relationships across the business.Processes: You will coordinate and track all reward related processes and ensure all processes within your area of accountability are clearly documented as a shared resource and are always up to date.Reward Cycles: You will ensure the overall success of the reward cycle by running the review processes for client group/s, ensuring full synchronisation with all stakeholders and overall deadlines. You will contribute to all elements of the process including planning, tracking and mitigants.Communication: You will independently draft and deliver high quality written communication including decks that encompass analysis and narrative. You will ensure that all communication is clear and accurate enabling the client group to make appropriate decisions.Analysis: You will create high quality reports and models for costing, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for client group/s. You will assist in the delivery of all statutory reporting requirements including calculations, analysis, and presentation.  External Analysis: You will keep up to date with all market trends and relevant legislation.  You will create and/or advise on pay ranges and bonus structures. You will conduct benchmarking and provides advice on market rates for roles. You will complete the survey submission to external benchmarking providers.Operational: You will oversee the effective and accurate running of payroll for the client group. You will manage the administration of the hiring, on-boarding and promotion processes. You will undertake all operational requirements within your role and as and when required.Other: You will perform all other reward duties and projects as assigned from time to time. You will proactively suggest changes to policy and practice to improve the client experience, enhance accuracy and ensure strategic alignment.  What You’ll Bring Here at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued – so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular: You will ideally have a business degree with a strong financial/data bias. You may hold alternative qualification (such as Accountancy) coupled with 4 – 7 years’ experience in a similar role.  You are highly numerate and analytical with strong interpersonal and planning skills. You have exceptional verbal and written communication and bring demonstrated ability to build rapport with internal clients and other colleagues.You have a collaborative and adaptable approach, effectively working with others to achieve team success.You stay up to date and seeks out trends in the reward arena including industry networking.You will bring a solid understanding of all Total Reward policies and principles.You will bring strong general IT and Digital awareness.Ready?
