Position Summary:Zoetis has created a new Data and Digital Platform (DDP) team that is driving a step change in the company’s ability to harness data, to generate disruptive data insights for our customers and colleagues. As the world leader in animal health, Zoetis seeks to integrate Data and Analytics with its diverse portfolio of animal health products to create additional value to customers and enhance overall customer experience.The Data Partner will report to the Head of Commercial Data Capability Group and will be accountable for delivering International commercial data capabilities.This role supports Zoetis’s digital transformation and ambitions. A critical part of the transformation is to build an integrated Digital and Data Platform (DDP) to drive cutting-edge digital and analytics initiatives. The role will oversee initiatives related to DDP, including managing their features and requirements and driving the engineering team towards flawless delivery of the platform. The role will involve frequent interaction with key stakeholders globally and provide the candidate with a broad view of every aspect of Zoetis’ business, while supporting critical deployments.Responsibilities:Own the product backlog for International CommercialEvaluate end-user requests and feedback; consider for inclusion in the product backlogLead refinement, prioritization, and planning of features and requirementsWork closely with the scrum master, technical lead and other leaders to drive the living product roadmap and manage product prioritizationCreate and review requirements and functional analysis specifications to ensure they are relevant, correct, and unambiguousCommunicate detailed requirement specifications to the Development team through backlog acceptance criteriaCreate documentation that enables Digital Product, DDP and other teams to effectively leverage the Digital and Data Platform in their own product development processCollaborate and build relationships with all international end users to ensure adoption of data and advanced analytic solutions, help co-ordinate UAT, training etc.Bring back the “voice of customer” from the end users to enable continuous improvement and enhancement of data & analytics solutionsQualifications (Training, Education, & Prior Experience): Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant fieldExperience:6+ years of relevant experiencePractical experience with operating in an Agile and DevOps environment requiredExperience with source control and collaboration tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps) requiredExperience with documentation, diagram development and specification tools requiredExperience with analytical data platforms, data products and services requiredExperience with a public cloud platform for analytics a plus; experience with Microsoft Azure a plusDemonstrated ability to learn new tools and techniques on the jobPassion for solving complex problems and making a differenceAbility to drive a project and work both independently and in a teamExcellent verbal and written communication skills, which includes the ability to present complex topics to non-technical audiencesStrong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, and a desire and ability to "get things done"Knowledge, Skills, Ability Requirements:Strong problem-solving skills with experience across a broad spectrum of data initiativesStrong written and verbal communicationsStrong ability managing complex cross functional deliverablesAttention to detailTravel Requirements: < 10%Full timeRegularColleagueAny unsolicited resumes sent to Zoetis from a third party, such as an Agency recruiter, including unsolicited resumes sent to a Zoetis mailing address, fax machine or email address, directly to Zoetis employees, or to Zoetis resume database will be considered Zoetis property.
