From core custody, accounting, fund administration and shareholder recordkeeping, to complete operations solutions and servicing for alternative assets like OTC derivatives, private equity and real estate, SSGS’ tools help our clients make better investment choices and act on growth opportunities.Join us if making your mark in the financial services industry from day one is a challenge you are up for.What you will be responsible forAs Middle Office Associate:Monitor Trade File Processing, ensuring all trade files transmitted by the Fund daily on trade-date are processed.Trade Confirmation and Trade Reporting:Confirmation of complex OTC trades executed across EMEA, US and APAC markets. This will involve working closely with clients and brokers to resolve intraday trade alleges and breaks in proactive and timely manner on trade date.ReconciliationsDaily reconciliation review, including liaising with client, brokers, etc. for resolution.What we valueThese skills will help you succeed in this role:Critical thinking, analytical skills, problem solving and decision making, ability to work within deadlines and on own initiative.Education & Preferred QualificationsDegree in Accounting or Finance or Business-related area (minimum 2.2 honors degreeIT LiterateAdditional requirementsStrong verbal and written communication skillsVery good EnglishHighly numerate Ability to perform effectively within strict client deadlines.
