POSITION SUMMARYThe Customer Support Co-Ordinator provides customer assistance as the first point of contact for incoming queries for all customer groups in Ireland. They resolve issues, answer questions and handle requests. They are involved in order processing, payment administration and purchase order reconciliationThey provide customer service support and assistance to Ireland Sales and Marketing colleagues, and they assist the Customer Support Manager with reporting, administrative and payment processing tasks for both internal colleagues and external stakeholders.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Order Processing for our Wholesale Customers and Veterinary Practices.50%Stock reconciliation between our system and our external LSP/Warehouse.10%Goods receipt for stock delivered into our external LSP/Warehouse.10%Post Goods Issue – Batch and Quantity input for deliveries to our Wholesalers after confirmation is received from our external LSP/Warehouse.10%Querying all discrepancies with our external LSP/Warehouse.10%Extracting from SAP and sending out Invoices to our Customers by email.5%Market Report with Sales and Marketing highlights from the Team.5%ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPSAll of the Zoetis Commercial Team in Ireland. Occasional interactions with other marketsRegulatory & Quality Affairs TeamDemand Planner / Supply Chain contacts located in France and UKLSP/External Warehouse.Wholesalers (Primary customers).End Customers i.e. Vets and Pharmacies.RESOURCES MANAGED The role does not have direct reportsThe role reports to the Customer Service Manager based in Dublin, CherrywoodEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor DegreeExperience dealing with Customers/ Customer Support / Commercial Operations, at least 4 years.Experience working with commercial teams and logistics.Order processing experience, at least 2 years.TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTSSAP and any equivalent ERP system experience.Advanced Excel.Other CRM and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI) experience is desirablePHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS Office desk-based position, with occasional requirements to travel in Ireland and/or outside the country to attend internal meeting or commercial activities and/or specific external stakeholder meetingsFull timeLegal statement as belowThis job advert indicates the general nature and level of work expected.
