ER/IR Executive - Maternity Leave - 6 Month Contract

We currently have an exciting requirement for an ER/IR Executive with a construction advisory company in Dublin city centre, for a 6 month maternity leave contract, offering hybrid working. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing information, advice and support to organisations on workforce management to ensure compliance with employment protective legislation, and also represents members at third party meetings. RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED Delivery of HR services to members, with particular focus on ER/IR advice Provide solutions to industrial disputes and support in managing third party referrals. Build and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders associated with ER/IR processes Represent Members at third party hearings including the WRC. Maintain up to date knowledge on case law and developments in employment legislation Enhance service provided to ensure membership growth and strengthen existing relationships.Assisting the Director with development and improvement of policies, and develop continuous professional development webinars and sessions. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Candidates must have a relevant degree in HR/IR/Law or a related discipline. Minimum of 3 years’ experience, ideally in industrial relations/employment law with past success supporting resolution of industrial disputes and other employee related issues.
