Job TitleSenior Analyst: Deals and AnalyticsAbout Your Business Area/Department:Amadeus is recruiting for a key member of its Hotel Solutions Pricing & Profitability team. This team is part of the larger Hotel Solutions Growth and Go-To-Market team which sits at the intersection of Sales, Account Management/Customer Care, and Finance / Technology teams to drive business strategy, profitability, and commercial success. The team supports the growth of five leading technology solutions, each of which has an established market position with significant opportunity to grow. Summary of the role:You will support pricing strategy, evaluate discount requests on deals, and evolve pricing and packaging (by product, region and segment) to support future growth. You will play a pivotal role in working cross-functionally to drive business performance and providing input into many growth initiatives. In this role you will:Ensure ongoing pricing adherence and profitability for small and medium sized deals across the portfolio. Review and evaluate discount requests, partnering with sales to grow the business profitably. Support large-size deal escalations on an ad-hoc basis. Support Pricing for specific product lines and evaluate and propose changes in response to competitive/market changes. Produce reports to understand commercial performance and levers of improvement. Support pricing strategy for new product launches, working closely with product, customer success, and sales. Own changes to how we price, package and bill customers. Build pricing models to evaluate ad-hoc business opportunities to help drive growth.About the ideal candidate:4+ years of work experience. Preferred work experience in one or more of the following areas: Pricing Analysis; Commercial Finance; Commercial Operations; Sales Operations; Strategic Consulting. High degree of analytical and commercial acumen to evaluate business cases for potential growth opportunities. Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Customer Care, etc.) to get alignment around ideas and take action.
