Key Responsibilities Maintain an ability to adapt to work in any clinical area of the hospital as needed. Develop an active role in the development and adherence to the rules, procedures, guidelines, standard of practice, and protocols of the institution. As soon as an issue happens, report it via the appropriate channels. Assure that all records are appropriately and accurately maintained and distributed to the relevant staff by gathering, evaluating, and tracking them. Provide excellent evidence-based patient care while adhering to the NMBI scope of practice as a member of the nursing team. Requirements NMBI Registered General Nurse license in good standing. Must be registered in the general Division of the Register of Nurses maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board Ireland. To have at least 1 year of recent relevant post-registration nursing experience, preferably in an acute hospital setting. 1-3 years of post-qualification experience. Possess well-developed interpersonal and organizational skills, proven clinical ability, risk management, clinical audit, and excellent communication skills.
