For more information, visit . As a Consultant on our Professional Services team, you will fill a key role in delivering our Professional Services Methodology and implementing customers on Gong’s suite of products. A successful implementation leads to achieving customer outcomes and Creating Raving Fans . Your ability to work independently and manage a portfolio of customer projects, keeping scope, budget, and timelines intact will be key to your success.With all of our activities focused to ensure that our customers are raving fans of Gong, you will get our customers on-boarded seamlessly by assisting them to see, learn, use and believe in the Gong Revenue Intelligence Platform™. Based on customer use cases and requirements, you will be responsible for driving the design and configuration of Gong for our customers. You will work within the framework of our implementation methodology facilitating multiple sessions and tasks with a focus on customer adoption & launch.RESPONSIBILITIES  Guide and onboard customers to give them proactive assistance as they onboard and configure their Gong instance driving the most value possible to their business.Manage competing priorities across multiple customer implementations.Ability to manage projects to a timeline, based on the scope provided, and ensure deadlines are met and any delays escalated.Maintain product expertise across the Gong Platform including beta and limited release features that will make customers in Implementation more successfulCollaborate with customers in understanding their use cases of Gong.Work closely with customer's technical and security teams to deploy Gong, and guide them in integrating with their internal systems.Partner with Sales & Customer Success to ensure a seamless transition from presales to post sales.Conduct & coordinate meetings onsite and remotely according to the Gong implementation methodology standards.Facilitate identification, internal communication, and resolution for Gong product issues. QUALIFICATIONS  3 to 5+ years of professional consulting experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.Previous Cloud, SaaS, and/or enterprise software experience in sales tech space.Strong CRM experience or knowledge (Salesforce.com or Dynamics preferred).Experience with SaaS applications that support large scale business processes.Navigate customer internal teams to stay aligned with Executive stakeholders and partner with project teams dedicated to the Gong ImplementationProven ability to influence change within customer organizations.Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and eloquent writing skills.Desire to be part of a company in hyper growth and embrace change as it relates to the job you are delivering, the company strategy, and iterative productWillingness to travel.
