Visit our shop here JOB PURPOSE & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLEAs the eCommerce Support & eCRM Manager, you will play a pivotal role in elevating how our customers experience our full Irish Whiskey portfolio of brands across our direct-to-consumer online shop and dedicated CRM program.  Develop winning eCommerce campaigns aligned with 360 Global campaign plans: take learnings from previous campaign performance, set objectives, define content and asset requirements, brief agencies, manage execution plan across all owned, earned and paid digital touchpoints (ECommerce shop, all brand websites, social handles, CRM), track campaign performance and ongoing optimisation.With support of our CRM agency, manage the evolution of our E-Commerce CRM program and future CRM strategy:  reach and recruit new subscribers via owned, earned and paid channels, develop and manage content and activation calendar, set and track KPIs and benchmark against industry/in category standards, identify and launch new consumer journeys, develop personalisation and database segmentation, manage relationship with CRM agency and ongoing alignment with key stakeholders (Brand, Marketing, Digital, Market Companies and Brand Homes teams).Work closely with our partner markets to understand their bespoke requirements and align on digital activation and amplification plans to support group led campaigns to drive awareness, reach and recruit new audiences to our online shop.Brief creative agencies to develop product and lifestyle imagery and copywriting for our direct-to-consumer channel aligned with product/campaign guidelines to support amplification of campaigns and direct to consumer channel proposition across local markets.Develop E-retail assets to drive local market relevancy and increase visibility and engagement across digital touchpoints.Develop Toolkits for markets to share channel and customer insights and best practice digital assets. Support International Marketing Teams with development of campaign/product related e-retail assets and ensure new template and guidelines are adhered to in-market.Support with new POS development for E-Commerce & Brand Homes to drive advocacy, equity and profitability.Support eCommerce Team to deliver ambitious volume and value targets.IDEAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS/CAPABILTIES:Bachelor’s degree required; additional education beneficial3-5 years experience in Direct eCommerce & CRM experience , data driven and performance led marketingExperience managing campaign/projects through cross-functional teams, including technology, sales, Marketing and Brand CommsHighly collaborative team player who can also work autonomouslyHighly creative, motivated, organised and proactive.Knowledge of SalesForceMarketingCloud or equivalent email marketing programsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently, delivering to tight deadlines while retaining attention to detail and communication standards.WHAT WE OFFERWe understand our people are our special ingredient.
