This is an opportunity to work for one of the leading international long-term savings and retirement business.I am looking to speak to professionals with experience in admin or customer support who are looking to join growing company based in Dublin.Your responsibilities will be to:Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Business Managers, Advisers, Trustees and clients.Support members, policy holders and Trustees through their pension saving journey.Help customers understand their options available depending on their individual circumstances and work history.Carry out policy amendments and updates to maintain the accuracy of customer recordsWhat are we looking for:Fluency in English and GermanYou will have a minimum of 1 year in admin or customer support roleYou are self-motivated and positive in your approach; willing to be flexible and proactive.Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Excel.What's on offerYou can expect to work in a hybrid manner with time spent working in the office and at home.
