Due to a period of consistent growth, this organisation is going through an exciting renovation of it's Head Office based in Meath. As a result, they are seeking a Talented Senior HR Generalist to manage the HR functions within two specific business units whilst availing of a highly-competitive pay and benefits package. What will do you as the Senior HR Generalist? As the Senior HR Generalist you will join a highly-experienced, collaborative and innovative HR team in which you will be responsible for completing the following tasks;Act as an Advisor to site management in all employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances and absence management. Partake in Recruitment and Selection processes- accompanying management in interviews, issuing job offers and completing reference checks. Provide support to managers in the implementation of company policies and procedures Assist in the creation of a new induction program to ensure each new employee is effectively onboarded into the organisationDeveloping the employee new starter program such as creation of new employee contracts, onboarding packs and partaking in inductions.Monitor the levels of employee absence and performance ie. leading absence review meetings What will you receive as a Senior HR Generalist?
