ISO 2700x, SIEM, ISMS, Identity & Access Management, IT-Security, IT, BSI Grundschutz IT Security Officer (m/f/d) Permanent position, full-time - Frankfurt am Main position We are looking for a full-time IT Security Officer (m/f/d) for our Innovation, Technology & Operations department in the IT & Digital division at the earliest possible date. Your tasks Ensure that all IT & Digitales assets, information, data, etc. are protected at all times with regard to their confidentiality, integrity and availability Continuous further development and implementation of measures to secure and increase IT security Conducting regular internal audits to review implemented security measures Carrying out "IT security checks" for newly developed products and solutions Carrying out risk analyses to identify IT security risks Detecting, analyzing and defending against attacks and minimizing potential damage Creating an emergency preparedness concept for IT security guidelines and ensuring compliance with the guidelines throughout the division (including with external service providers) Training and educating colleagues Developing organizational measures and following them up (e.g. password guidelines) Advising all stakeholders on IT security issues Documenting and maintaining an IT security policy Preparing and providing IT security reports Coordinating IT security objectives with corporate objectives with regard to the use of IT solutions Your profile Sound knowledge and/or several years of experience in the field of data protection and IT security Sound knowledge of IT security technologies and procedures Sound knowledge of common security standards (e.g. BSI basic protection, ISO 27001 etc.) Good general knowledge of network and application strengths and weaknesses Ideally knowledge of information security management systems (ISMS), security information and event management systems (SIEM) and identity access management (IAM) Very good written and spoken German and English skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Pragmatic implementation strength and hands-on mentality Very good analytical and conceptual skills as well as problem-solving skills High degree of persuasiveness and assertiveness Structured, independent and proactive way of working and strong problem-solving skills Ability to work in a team, commitment and helpfulness Why us?
