OverviewPepsiCo is on the lookout for a National Account Manager to support our Musgrave Group account, based in Dublin on a specified purpose contract up to 18 months. Role OverviewTo develop, manage & execute Pepsico Snacks business plans with Supervalu, Centra and MWPI to achieve all internal financial & Brand AOP measures.Own the day-to-day buyer relationships with Musgrave Group, including category/brand engagements with Circle K and Subway and new business development across Foodservice, Marketplace, Daybreak & Licensed.Develop Joint Business Plans that motivates and meets the needs of MRPI & MWPI to deliver Pepsico share, space, net revenue realisation and profit targets within budgetary and dealing efficiency constraints.Lead cross functional team working to deliver account business plans across UK/ROI with the support of external contracted teams. ResponsibilitiesExternal Objectives:Main contact for Walkers – MRPI & MWPI.Own and lead annual terms negotiations directly with Musgrave Group, including IOI “One Business” alignment and 3rd party JBPs (Subway, Circle K)Own negotiations with key trading contacts on promotional plans, NPD distribution and execution of Account JBPsLead and develop annual account planning across Walkers with full business case solutions to aggressively grow volume, share & revenue within the channel.Proactive contact & wiring within accounts at agreed levels and functions.Lead forecasting and demand planning between key customers and Pepsico.Internal Objectives:Build and agree a business plan that effectively utilises Sales discounts & Terms investment efficientlyWork with Channel Controller to develop and deliver long term strategic Customer plans – Retail, Wholesale & AFHWork with UK & ROI cross functional teams (Insights, Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Supply chain & finance) to deliver motivating solutions to engage all NI accounts to achieve all key business performance indicators.Coach & develop best practice with wider Account & Field teams.Work with UK/NI & ROI counterparts to align and share best practise across all customers.
