Ready for a ChallengeAbout this role:The Head of Acquisition is accountable for the profitable achievement of our new business growth in the Republic of Ireland. As part of the country sales team, you will be field-based and lead a team of 5 field sales representatives and 2 sales executives tasked to increase our supply in a focused and curated way. The team will aim to deliver growth by ensuring optimal consumer choice, excellent brand visibility, and highly engaged new partners.These are some of the key ingredients to the role:People Leadership: Overall accountability for the Acquisition Sales team, ensuring the quality recruitment, mentoring, and development of all front-line roles.Leader With Vision: As a member of the IE Sales Management team you’ll be working alongside key business partners to help set short, medium and long-term growth initiatives for the sales teams.New Business Acquisition: to effectively use tailored data analysis and local insights to provide a strong framework around lead generation and pipeline management to ensure we are targeting partners likely to deliver the most volume & that are critical to Just Eat’sTakeaways growth of market shareNew Partner Success: Setting the national strategy for new partner success. From effective resource management to cross-functional collaboration you’ll be in charge of ensuring our newest partners see immediate commercial benefits from their Just Eat relationshipStakeholder Management: to constantly collaborate closely and lead deliverables with other key partners within the commercial workstream to ensure alignment and progression towards collective goalsClear & Effective Reporting: to report regularly and comprehensively to Commercial Leads around signing performance, lead conversion, delivery service levels, city-level growth, and other key metrics What will you bring to the table? Extensive proven sales leadership experience with managerial responsibilitySolid track record of delivering high volumes of new business/partnerships and their contribution to revenue & order growthCommercially minded with a desire to take ownership of goal-setting and deliver against ambitious new business targets & revenue/order targetsAn ability to develop cross-functional strategies and lead projectsExperience mentoring and developing others to lead successful sales teams, and an ability to formulate effective commercial training programmesVery good communication skills, fluent in EnglishAn affinity and interest in the food-service industryInclusion, Diversity & Belonging
