Surrounded by some of the best Technology specialists in the industry, you’ll bring your own ideas to the business - helping to shape the experience of our customers as part of a forward-thinking team. As the IDAM Programme Manager, you will be accountable for adopting the programme framework, overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple workstreams that will see the successful deployment of a comprehensive IDAM capability which involves providing strategic leadership, managing resources, financial management & following established governance, whilst ensuring the efficient and effective execution of this programme.You will be an experienced professional with full programme lifecycle management of large transformational change programmes in excess of £m, preferably having completed an IDAM transformation, encompassing taking stakeholders on the change journey and managing successful programmes.What You’ll GetThe world is changing and it’s important we support our colleagues. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day: Team Leadership & Collaboration: Provide leadership/guidance to cross-functional teams involved in programme delivery; motivate team members towards achieving project goals while fostering a collaborative work environment. Lead and foster effective communication channels across teams/departments involved in the programme and interdependencies between other portfolio programmes.Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain a strategic IDAM roadmap. Developing and maintaining a comprehensive programme plan, including defining objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. The delivery of such programmes is expected to be completed by our strategic partners.Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources, including project managers, technical teams, and budgets, to ensure successful programme delivery.  Identify business subject matter experts and change management capabilities required to deliver this change across our business internationally.Risk Management: Proactively, identify potential risks and issues associated with technology programmes and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions. Monitor and manage dependencies, ensuring effective coordination between projects to minimise risks and optimise outcomes.Compliance Management: Ensure the IDAM capabilities and solutions designed and deployed meet the regulatory needs of the businessColleague Experience: Look for opportunities to enhance and improve our colleagues' ways of working through the technology solutions available.What You’ll Bring  Here at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued – so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular: - years of relevant experience in Security / IDAM and programme management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity.Extensive experience in technology programme management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.Excellent leader and trusted advisor with extensive experience in developing senior business relationshipsExcellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving project goals while fostering collaboration and teamwork.Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality results within defined timelines/budgets.Ready?
