My client, a growing International manufacturing company based in Cavan is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to support their German-speaking markets. It is a full-time, permanent role. They have a hybrid policy - 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent customer service skills and has worked in a B2B or corporate type of environment previously. They must be a fluent German-speaker.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strategic long-term collaborative relationships with customers to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.Proactively looking after customer day-to-day needs.Sales Quotation preparation & active follow-upCo-ordination of Customer ShipmentsCustomer Invoicing when requiredDaily Co-ordination with all internal teams across the Different Sales DivisionsDaily Open Order Book Management & Order expeditesResolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints through to resolution, attending weekly ticket review meeting to ensure all issues are progressedPlay an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationshipsMaintaining Customer Master Data in various in house & customer systemsBe actively involved in suggesting ways to improve existing team processes for the benefit of the customerAbility to use Excel for reporting & analysis purposesRequirements:Must have 2+ years in a B2B customer services roleMust be a fluent German speakerMust have great attention to detail, good communication skills and a desire to deliver a great service to customersQualified to Leaving Cert or A-level standardThe role demands a good degree of IT proficiency ideally demonstrated by an ECDL qualification or similarIdeally have used an ERP system eg SAP, Oracle - not essential
