You will do the best work of your career and make a profound impact in providing better care for a healthier planet.What you’ll achieveAs an Implementation Specialist you will be part of our highly successful deployment team, demonstrating how the system works to clients and answer questions relating to implementation. You will also be required to install Swiftqueue platform and ensure the clients are satisfied with the purchase. Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.You will:Meeting with clients following the sale of Swiftqueue platform to collect data and other information required to customize software systemsCreating a project plan for each client, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely installation of the customized Swiftqueue systemCommunicating with clients throughout the customization process to obtain feedback and approvalConfiguring the platform based on clients’ individual needs and specificationsEducating clients on how to use Swiftqueue and customized system featuresCreating a specialized document for each client, detailing all customizations madeInvestigating challenges that arise for the customer when using the system and communicating with the appropriate teams to resolve any issues that arise.Take the next step towards your dream careerAt Dedalus Life flows through our software.
