Part-Time Finance Administrator

Beechfield Care Group   Beechfield Care Group  are currently looking to recruit a part time Finance Administrator to co-ordinate and manage administrative tasks reporting to the Group Finance Manager. This role is part time, approximately  20 hours per week with salary of €40000 (pro-rata) per annum. The role is based in the company head office, located in Castleknock, Dublin 15, however weekly travel to Woodland's House Nursing Home, Dillons Land, Trim Road, Navan C15 will be involved.   We are a long-established Nursing Home Group based Dublin, Carlow, Meath, Westmeath & Kildare. Our mission is to supply the best standard of quality care to our residents. Our philosophy places the care of the resident at the heart of the nursing home.    Flexible part time working hours on offer with flexibility to work mornings or afternoons. For a local employee there is an option to be based in Navan. Management of invoicing and Debt Collection   Process residents & HSE invoices for 36 residents. Maintain a monthly resident income reconciliation. Allocating cash received correctly. Produce monthly Debtors analysis reports. Follow the Group Debtors Policy ensuring Residents pay on time. Escalate to Group finance Manager if residents do not pay their bill on time.   Payroll   Process fortnightly payroll for 40 employees. Resolve any discrepancies.   Accounts Payable Set up new supplier accounts. Processing supplier invoices with approvals Coordinate with suppliers and HO finance queries. Supplier payments Daily bank reconciliations, Petty Cash reconciliation's Creditors & General Ledger reconciliations Knowledge Skills Experience Effective communicator and be fluent in English (written & spoken) Competent in IT particularly Excel and Outlook Numerate Good Organisational Skille & Time Management Skills Attention to Detail Be able to work on own initiative and part of a team. Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts Trustworthy and Discreet when dealing with confidential information Flexible & Adaptable Knowledge Skills Experience   Effective communicator and be fluent in English (written & spoken) Competent in IT particularly Excel and Outlook Numerate Good Organisational Skille & Time Management Skills Attention to Detail Be able to work on own initiative and part of a team.
