Management AccountantOur Client, a successful manufacturing company, is currently looking for a Management Accountant to join their Finance Team.Reporting to the Financial Controller, the responsibilities include:Conduct financial analysis and prepare regular concise reports to support decision making in key areas of the businessPlay a key role in budgeting, forecasting and financial modellingWork closely with the Manufacturing Department to gain an understanding of the costings and financial processes within the ERP system.Ensure the accuracy of the costings used for pricingTake ownership of and effectively manage projects which will deliver improvements to the company’s performance, optimise net working capital cycles, pricing strategies, margin strategies.Review other areas of the business to identify and implement reporting improvements ensuring effective and efficient information is available from the most appropriate system.Essential Experience, Qualifications:Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)Minimum 5 years manufacturing experienceAdvanced MS Excel skillsAbility to interrogate and analyse monthly results of manufacturing units, with reference to absorption costing resultsExcellent analytical, interpersonal organizational and communication skillsPossess the ability to work to strict deadlinesProven success in managing improvement projectsExperience in implementing and using an ERP based financial systemComfortable in multicurrency environment
