We are now recruiting for a  Senior Manager Q uality Laboratory  to lead the Quality Control Laboratory Area at our site in Carrigtwohill, in Co. Key Activities: Lead, motivate and mentor your team to maximize their effectiveness by clearly communicating task details and goals to your team members, allowing them to work effectively Embed an environment for continuous improvement and simplification Foster a positive progressive culture within the lab that focuses on EED&I principles and encourages development for all personnel on a continuous basis Drive for a digitalized lab with automated technology ensuring Data Integrity is at the fore at all times. Deploy Visual management across all streams within the lab Ensure lab equipment and lab software is qualified and maintained in a compliant manner Ensure Lab is Audit Ready at all times. Improve QC operations and develop systems. Focusing on efficiencies, cost, and compliance Deploy best in class operational excellence processes for the QC labs Participate in technical and scientific meetings, in training days, trade fairs, conferences...(technological intelligence) Delegate activities giving responsibility to personnel appropriate to their experience/expertise Maintain and develop the skills to ensure a multi-task team Qualifications   BS degree in Science or equivalent + 5 years of relevant experience Experienced and demonstrate high level of technical knowledge of analytical laboratory equipment, laboratory operations and good understanding of related business processes Experience working within a GMP regulated environment Proven track record in direct people management Excellent conflict handling skills Good interpersonal and communication skills essential for working across multi-functional teams    So, does this sounds like the opportunity you have been looking for?
