An exciting opportunity has emerged for an Assistant Brand Manager to join a well renowned client based in Co. Clare. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the delivery of all marketing activities. This newly developed role provides an exciting and unique opportunity for candidates with a passion for Marketing and a special interest in social media to join a collaborative and dynamic team. Key Areas of Responsibility Supporting the Brand Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies that meet brand objectives. Working closely with the Brand Manager and creative agency partners to develop and execute compelling brand campaigns that resonate with the target audience. Developing and implementing social media and digital campaigns, liaising with media buying agencies to deliver effective paid social media campaigns. Planning, producing, and publishing high-quality content to social media channels, driving engagement across all platforms. Scheduling content according to the content calendar and content pillars to meet brand objectives and key commercial objectives. Reporting on social performance across all channels. Copywriting for content across various channels in line with the brands tone of voice, ensuring consistency in all messaging, including email newsletters, websites, mobile apps, and social media platforms. Providing brand and creative support to non-aeronautical revenue streams such as Duty-Free, Car Parking, and Lounges, ensuring all products and services align with the brand's positioning and values. Collaborating with PR, Commercial, and Operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all passenger touchpoints, both online and offline. Managing creative agencies and designers to produce high-quality creative assets and marketing collateral, including brochures and signageensuring the best quality, price, and timing. Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, insights, and areas of growth to support brand objectives. Assisting in the execution of all other marketing-related projects, including sponsorship activation and event management. Qualifications, Skills, and Experience The candidate should have: A 3rd level degree in Marketing, Business, or another relevant discipline. A minimum of 3 years of previous experience in a similar role, with proven experience working on integrated marketing campaigns. Creative and strategic acumen, with a talent for developing unique and impactful marketing campaigns for customer-centric brands. Experience in social media management and digital marketing, including social media management platforms and website CMS. Photo and video editing skills are desirable. Hands-on experience working on brand activations, events, and/or sponsorship activations. Demonstrable experience in content creation for a consumer brand, with a creative flair for storytelling through digital channels. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands, maintain high-quality standards, and meet deadlines on multiple projects/tasks. Excellent project management skills to lead and coordinate projects from ideation to final execution. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and independently.
