We are looking for a Counter Manager with a minimum of two / three years of Management experience, ideally, within Fragrance, Beauty, Fashion, and Luxury Goods sectors, to join our lovely Brown Thomas - Dundrum Team.As a Counter Manager, you will deliver the highest standards of customer service by following the DECIEM experience and contributing to a teamwork environment positively, pleasantly, and effectively.DECIEM Counter Manager is a Human Leader with excellent motivational and inspirational qualities…accountable for day-to-day operational activities.This will involve the effective leadership and management of our Counter Associates' duties and professional development, the ability to control stock level, ensure merchandising is aligned with DECIEM directives, and communicate any challenges/disruptions to the Area Sales Manager.WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLEEnsure the team is consistently following the brand selling protocols aligning with the DECIEM culture of educating clients on their beauty needs, evaluating performances, sharing feedback, and taking action to highlight successes.Attends department and brand meetings and chairs regular team meetings to update the employees on business performance, new initiatives, and other relevant topics.Setting regular 1:1 Human Conversations to track team members' development and performances.Responsible for monitoring and achieving the overall counter satisfaction and Team educational KPIs. Operational mindset and regularly consults with the Retailer, Department & Floor Managers, Warehouse, and Delivery teams…to build essential partnerships.Records the counter sales information and completes the store and Company reports on a weekly basis, accurately and on time.Supports both DECIEM and the Retailer to ensure the team schedules are in line with the needs of the business, especially during peak sales times and seasonal trading times.Proactively seeks opportunities to promote in-store events to accomplish brand awareness.Acts as a Business Developer by growing the client base by offering the DECIEM journey. Manages any potential customer complaints discretely and effectively.Enforce store policies and procedures to be up to company standards and direction. Ensure standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are met SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE A minimum of two / three years of Management experience, in the luxury industry, is highly desirable and ideally, within Fragrance, Beauty, Fashion, and Luxury Goods sectors.Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)Strong communication and leadership skills to coach and mentor employees to successEvents organizational skills/background "Nice" to have
