With +17,000 employees and +20 offices globally, the Group operates four business divisions which house our distinctive customer brands and a Group Functions division which leverages our scale and Flutter Edge to powers and protect all our brands globally.Joining the Employee Relations team as a People Relations Specialist, you will provide HR guidance to key stakeholders across the UK&I division on matters relating to employment relation people issues.This role will primarily focus on the completion of end-to-end support and case management of investigations, grievance, disciplinary and other employee relation matters.This position also supports the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures across the division. Together with the team the successful People Relations Specialist will ensure company-wide employee relation programs of work are delivered to the business effectively, efficiently, and successfully.What you’ll doProvide specialist and technical ER guidance to the business on all aspects of employee relations, this includes key stakeholders and the wider HR team.Take responsibility for providing accurate advice and solutions on an independent basis, setting expectations, responding to concerns, and providing support throughout any employee relation processes. Will apply a commercial and pragmatic thought process to available solutions.Advise people managers and employees regarding a broad range of complex employee relation inquiries on HR policies and processes.Conduct & lead investigations, grievance or disciplinary hearings into employee or manager complaints that are reported across the three brands within the division in a timely manner remotely and face to face.Ensure the company is legally compliant in all ER related process and matters, while considering employee experience and balancing appropriate risk.Support senior members of the team with claims, involuntary terminations, Redundancy, and TUPE cases as and when required.Attend tribunal hearings if required to support claims for closed cases completed.Perform employee relations administration activities such as saving files, updating the case management & HR systems with case details, monthly reporting, support with note taking, sending invite etc. focusing on solution delivery.How you’ll do itExperienced HR professional with relevant experience and knowledge ofEmployment Law in either the UK or IrelandNotable prior experience in a fast-paced ER role/ departmentDrive to deliver results and changeEffective decision making and problem solvingWhat’s on offer£/€1,000 learning fundTwice-yearly bonus (with part of it guaranteed!)Unlimited HolidayPension contribution schemePrivate healthcareHybrid Working -Access to thousands of Udemy coursesInvest via the Company Sharesave SchemeAbout Flutter UK & IrelandOur division operates four of the most popular and trusted brands in the market: Sky Betting and Gaming, Tombola, Betfair and Paddy Power.Together the Flutter UK&I brands offer market leading entertainment to millions of customers every single week!
