Role: SAP Business AnalystLocation: Dublin CitySAP Business Analyst wanted for S4 Hana implementation-Dublin CityAbrivia are currently recruiting for a SAP Business Analyst to join our client, a Global Insurance Group, based in Dublin City. This role will be part of the Dublin team responsible for the implementation of S4 Hana.The ideal candidate will have previously worked within a similar implementation ideally within Insurance, but my client is open to someone who has worked on an international large-scale implementation.This role is offered 2 days a week in the office and comes with an excellent salary and benefits packageYour Role: Collaborate with senior management and central IT function to assess business needs and optimise IT infrastructure performance.Act as the primary point of contact for SAP Controlling and Finance-related inquiries, facilitating communication between local teams and central IT.Support the implementation of finance transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s strategic objectives.Plan and execute strategic projects in financial accounting and controlling, in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.Provide expert support and guidance to Finance Managers and the Chief Financial Officer on SAP-related matters.Participate in IT projects aimed at system enhancement and automation, offering insights on SAP interface design and implementation.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in SAP system management. Your Skills: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, finance, or related field preferred. CPA or equivalent finance qualification with SAP experience will also be considered.Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a SAP consultant in a similar industry.Strong proficiency in SAP systems, deployment, and integration.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.Proven track record of managing multiple projects effectively.Experience in the insurance sector and fluency in European languages (French/Spanish) would be advantageous.Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
