It isn’t a question.Here in Haleon Dungarvan we are looking for a Maintenance Excellence Systems Engineer, this person is responsible for the development of the Maintenance standards and metrics across the site. Through a collaborative way of working and teamwork deploy best practices in Maintenance standardsKey Responsibilities:In a collaborative manner develop, deploy and improve Maintenance excellence through clear Maintenance strategy, Procedures and metrics.Devise and deliver specific training programs for the development of the engineering staff ensuring TPM, GMP, Quality and Health & Safety are considered in all aspects of the role.SME in the completion of FMEAs and having a process sin place to follow through on actions.System SME for CMMS system with is SAP.Completing reviews of planned maintenance programs to ensure adherence to maintenance schedule and correct closure of work orders.Ensure that the End to End equipment strategy is aligned to local and global standards.Review the effectiveness of Planned Maintenance tasks and that adequate number of critical spares available (e.g. Breakdown Analysis / Maintenance Calendars / FMECA).Regularly review the performance of plant and equipment utilizing (e.g. OEE tools, BDAs, Work Orders, RCA and continuous improvement principles) to formulate plans for improving reliability and reduction of breakdowns and short stops and maintenance costs.Investigate alternative new technologies for plant / equipment efficiency improvements.To ensure that GMP, Quality, Health & Safety processes are adhered to in all aspects of role.Build network outsite of site and Haleon to bring the “Best In”.To demonstrate the key capabilities, behaviours and values at the core of Haleon of: Driving Growth, Deeply Understanding our Customers and Consumers, Builds a “One Haleon mindset” as well as motivating and unleashing potential in others.Essential Qualifications & Skills we are looking for: A degree in Engineering or similar.TPM Experience an Advantage.Experience of working in an FMCH (or equivalent) and GMP compliant environmentSignificant problem-solving skills with issues at their root cause through working with engineering, technical and operational teamsExperience in developing close links with key site teams and above site TeamsDemonstrated knowledge of engineering standards and statutory requirements for plant, machinery and workplaces applicable to a large volume consumer products factoryIntimate knowledge of SAP and demonstrated use of the respective application for data analysis and continuous improvementProven ability of having engaged with and worked with a multiskilled craft team, having driven improvements in their work areaTo have displayed the behaviour/passion to encourage development of technicians and othersWhy Haleon?
