We have been Building Excellence for over 150 years by building trust, certainty, and value for our clients.Internal Auditor Dublin Based RoleA fantastic opportunity for the right candidate exists with John Sisk & Son limited.The role is for the permanent role of Internal Auditor within the Commercial Assurance team, responsible for undertaking audits and analysing business reports and data to establish compliance with business requirements.We are looking for a curious, inquisitive and enthusiastic individual, comfortable working both within a team and independently.The role requires an excellent communicator who is proactive and organised, capable of undertaking multiple tasks to various deadlines.You will be:Taking part in conducting internal auditsEstablishing compliance (laws, contracts, regulations, policies)Analysing business data, evaluate information and systemsAssimilating large amounts of complex dataContributing to the continuous improvement of the audit processClearly communicating findings, orally and through written reports. Communicates key issues with supporting informationAssisting in identifying Corruption and Integrity issues.Establishing investigation methodology (e.g. in instances of bribery and corruption and fraud)Travelling onsite to our projects in Ireland, UK and Europe on a regular basis You will have:Demonstrable project management skills and/or knowledge An ability to work independentlyAn ability to work on multiple tasks and maintain awareness of deadlines An understanding of project planning, project management, phases of a construction projectCommitted to long term business improvementA curious, inquisitive mindset and enthusiasm for problem-solvingExperience of understanding, digesting, explaining, analysing processes, policies and proceduresDegree Holder ideally within Construction Full Irish Driving LicenceTraining to be provided on commencementAnti-Bribery and Corruption course (Bribery Act 2010)Project Compliance trainingConflict of Interest trainingBusiness Ethics trainingAt Sisk we are committed to attracting and hiring diverse talent into our organisation.
