The Role: As the Production Supervisor your duties will includeOverseeing night shift activities, line productivity, improvement initiatives and personnel in terms of driving overall performance and engagement.Managing KPI's including productivity, safety, quality and personnel engagement and management.Coaching and supporting team leaders to ensure their team operates to maximum efficiency and in line with production requirements always prioritising safety and quality.Resourcing your value production with the skills and resources for maximum efficiency.Using TPM, Continuous Improvement and Kaizen techniques for a visual production line with required flow.Drive productivityCreating effortless communication throughout the organisation with critical focus on your value chain.Anticipate and remove obstacles from continuous improvement.Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality and discipline in a supportive environment.Hours of work: Mon - Fri 10pm - 6amRequirementsThe ideal candidate for the Production Supervisor will possessDiploma Manufacturing/Engineering/Quality or related field.5 years experienced in a manufacturing environment.2-3 years' experience in managing a teamExcellent written and oral communicationsCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsIn Return:Competitive salaryFree ParkingHolidaysPensionHealth cash schemeWhy use Staffline?
