You will lead a team of community based staff in the provision of excellent and evidence based paediatric care. Requirements ·          Exhibits a passion for nursing, pursues continuous improvement, and advocates for patients’ and nurses’ viewpoints ·           Qualification in Children’s Nursing; RGN’s with significant Paediatric experience may also be considered. ·          4-5 years of Community and/or acute paediatric experience essential along with NMBI registration and full driving licence/private vehicle (travel essential) ·          Proficient in IT systems and Microsoft packages such as word and excel essential. ·          Desire to achieve/have already achieved Post-registration qualification in healthcare management or business would be a distinct advantage ·          Ability to balance case management responsibilities in conjunction with field work ·          Attention to detail, having a systematic and structured approach to tasks and processes essential. ·          Excellent written and oral communication skills to liaise with persons of all levels of nursing to coordinate patient service Benefits Be part of a community based Clinical Nurse Management team Flexibility within the role and its location within Remote working opportunities Pension Sick Pay Leave Opportunities for career education and training  Competitive Salary Package including travel expenses Fulfilling Employment: meaningful one-to-one care Receive senior management support and mentorship
