We are looking for a talented data analyst to join the group commercial team to deliver enhanced data and insights to drive our commercial strategy. The commercial team is responsible for sales, business development, pricing, acquisitions, marketing and digital performance. If you are data, research and insights curious, excited about curating insights from data, and motivated to make a difference, we want to hear from you.   Benefits on offer ·       Hybrid working – 3 days office (Tuesday to Thursday) and 2 days remote (Monday and Friday) ·       Competitive Salary ·       Twenty four days annual leave ·       Excellent CPD available ·       Company Medical Insurance ·       Laptop and Phone provided. ·       Car Parking on site at office ·       Golf membership at Elmgreen or Corballis Golf Clubs ·       Discount on retail in Golf Shops   Candidate Requirements. ·       Analyze commercial performance trends and identify areas of opportunity to support the businesses growth objectives. ·       Prepare models in support of new development projects or product lines. ·       Compile and understand market data in support of business efforts. ·       Support business initiatives by identifying key trends in big data that can drive growth for the business. ·       Collate and maintain a library of key market trends, competitor information, new entrants, disruptors, interesting advancements, potential Commercial Insights Analyst opportunities in the industry to inform strategic thinking across the Group. ·       Assess identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing and positioning opportunities in support of revenue line objectives. ·       Acquire and maintain a database of external information to develop market intelligence and knowledge of market fundamentals. ·       Bring data insights to life, with skilled articulation and presentation and drive them to be actioned efficiently by internal stakeholders.       Candidate Requirements ·       Bachelor's Degree in information systems, business, computer science, or engineering or equivalent experience. ·       2 to 3 years relevant professional experience ·       Experience in handling large and complex datasets ·       Excellent numerical aptitude, with evidence of applied problem solving ·       Experience in data mining techniques ·       Strong experience in data visualisation ·       A critical thinker and problem solver who pays strict attention to detail. Comfortable with prioritization of tasks alongside root cause analysis and decision making. Experience in leisure, retail, golf industry advantageous. Competent in Adobe Analytics, Python, SQL, and R Language.
