The role of the Transportation System Analyst is to support our European Road Transport Operations, External Development Support, and internal IT Development teams to ensure that business requirements are properly configured within the TMS software package. The Transportation Systems Analyst is responsible for ensuring user profiles, master data and routings are loaded in the system, troubleshooting any issues related to Load Planning, Load Tendering, In-Transit Visibility and Freight Settlement, providing overall First-level support and internal training on all TMS issues. The Transportation Systems Analyst is also responsible for reporting of operations activity, including KPIs, on a regular basis Requirements Role Requirements & Responsibilities  Perform functional configuration and maintenance (including user profiles, Carrier Profiles, Master Data, Lanes etc.).  Provide First-Level support of the issues faced within TMS.  Collaborate with IT teams, Implementation Consultants, and Business Stakeholders to capture exact functional and non-functional requirements.  Participates and assists in IT strategy and roadmap planning  Participates in creating and establishing standards, best practices, data governance, and patterns.  Provides input on System Integration, User Acceptance and Performance test plans for accuracy and completeness.  Recommends product process improvements that increase efficiency and quality of work.  Consults on complex product issues and design considerations.  Contributes to the generation of system documentation as necessary.  Contributes to the generation of end-user application training material.  Assist in Vendor and Carrier Onboarding process, including training ‘Vendor and Carrier’ users on the TMS application.  Participates in deployment and release planning activities.  Supports troubleshooting issues encountered during the communication of Vendor EDIs (753, 754) and Carrier EDIs (204, 990, 214 and 210).  Maintains timely communication with application end users on planned outages and planned deployment activities.  Regularly communicates with the application Support team on application issues, defects or enhancements.  Assists in testing and validating product patches / new configurations within the application.  Generates KPI reports out of TMS.  Candidate Requirements  Ability to be flexible in respect of work standards and demands. Capable of working under pressure and to strict deadlines. Proven ability to complete tasks. Resilient and able to deal with changing priorities. The successful candidate will be required to possess and demonstrate:  Three years of experience with implementing TMS systems.  Three years of functional and technical design experience.  Three years experience with Transportation / Logistics Operations.  Three years of experience leading industry TMS solutions.  Experience with telematics software and hardware solutions, GPS and IOT tracking solutions.   Able to work effectively and produce consistent results with a minimum of supervision.  Broad experience with Supply Chain and Enterprise Application Systems and Solutions.  Experience with Transportation and Supply Chain EDI documents and solutions.  Strong process analysis and problem-solving skills.  Able to impart knowledge to the wider transportation team.    The following qualifications, skills and experience would also be an advantage.  Working knowledge of one or more European languages.  Knowledge and experience working with MS PowerBi, PowerAutomate, and PowerApps  Benefits The remunerating package, including salary and benefits, is negotiable depending on experience.
