Role and ResponsibilityFinancial Controller Glanua IndustrialAs Financial Controller you will be responsible for all management and development activities of the Finance Function relating to the activities, of Glanua Industrial, in support of the delivery of Annual, Medium and Long-Term EBITDA Targets, defined in the annual Budget and longer planning periods Main Duties and Responsibilities Ensure Management accounts delivered monthly in accordance with Group deadlinesExtensive ERP system use with continuous system efficiency and improvement suggestions expectedWork with procurement, tendering and engineers to ensure accurate costings on projectsMonitor margin analysis by project and report on such and Providing cost analysisBudgeting and Forecasting throughout year as determined by Group typically 2-3 a yearSupervision of accounts assistant re debtor and creditor controlGuide AP team on any queries in relation to suppliersCash and Working Capital Management experience is essentialKeeping up to date records with Revenue etc. and taxes up to date (Ireland and UK)Managing any Audit queries and other ad hoc tasksAbility to work on own initiative is essentialSkills and ExperienceQualified accountant with a minimum of 3-5 years PQEExperience from Manufacturing and Engineering Industry essentialExperience of ERP systems – prior experience in SAP an advantageAdvanced communication skills both verbal and written– cross functional team relationsDeadline and Performance DrivenStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
