As Part of your Apprenticeship in Underwriting in our Commercial Property team in our General Insurance Business you will;Be a part of the ETrade team and Underwrite and process New Business, Mid Term & Renewal Accounts.Strive to meet our annual KPI & SLA targets whilst maintaining a strong customer focus & broker centric approach.Support contacts to the team, routing queries and referrals to the right people, identify and escalate issues to the relevant areas.Stay up-to-date with industry developments, trends and best practices, identify and recommend opportunities for improvement on processes, products and services, undertake relevant training and provide support with various projects and initiatives as needed.Support the delivery of good customer outcomes through all activities and deliverables, enabling us to act in good faith towards customers, avoid causing foreseeable harm and enable and support our customers to pursue their financial objectives.Where will I be based? This Apprenticeship placement will be based in our office in Ballyconnell Co. Cavan.When is this programme beginning? If you are successful in your first stage screening call you will need to be able to attend one of our virtual Assessment Centres on the week commencing 13th May 2024. Successful candidates will then be offered their roles.What is the eligibility to join the programme?
