Human Resources Business Partner Vickerstock is delighted to be working with one of Ireland's leading, exponentially growing and long-established production organisation in the recruitment of a HR Business Partner for their Head Office based in Cavan.You will be working alongside their high-performing and collaborative HR team to take responsibility for employee relations, mentoring and policy development. As a result, you will receive a highly-competitive benefits package including an annual bonus, competitive base salary, pension contributions and one day a week working from home.What you will do as a HR Business Partner? As the HR Business Partner you will be have responsibility of providing HR support to the HR team and wider business to work cross functionally in a fast-moving environment. Duties will include;Leading employee relations cases ie. bullying, harassment, absence or under performance investigationsAssist in developing, implementing and informing all employees about HR policy implementationResponsible for training management on HR procedures to follow ie. partaking in investigations or performance reviews.Participate in conducting interviews and assist in hiring process Provide the HR Director and Head of HR with informed data to utilise in measuring staff performance, levels of absence and success planning.Manage and conduct leadership coaching of managers and departmental team buildings activities to assist in organisational change. Previous experience of leading complex employee relations cases ie. bullying, harassment, dismissal and gross misconduct.Skilled in mentoring managers on HR policies and procedures Obtained significant experience as a HR Business Partner or acted as a Stand-Alone HR Manager Beneficial to have experience of liaising with trade unionsAdvantageous to have previous experience working within a fast-paced production organisationHow to apply to this HR Business Partner position?
