Customer Service Specialist – Contract – GalwayResponsibilities:Communicate proactively with internal and external customers in a professional, positive and courteous mannerMaintain and Monitor Multiple internal Inbox’sReview and maintain Field Safety Notices/Mandatory Notifications on a daily basis. Responsible for initiating customer communication, Maintaining the Master database and generating follow ups and tracking all activity taken. Keep Team Lead informed of all changes, issues and potential concerns of all open Field Safety Notices/Mandatory Notifications. Work with others, . Quality Team, Customer Service Stages and Management to ensure that accurate information is maintained and communicated on all relevant databases. Responsible for following all CS SOPs in line with company’s QMS, and delivering an excellent customer experience. Other duties as assignedRequirementsPrevious experience in customer service with strong administration skills.Proficient in MS Word, Excel and OutlookEffectively collaborate with othersWork independently and on a teamWork effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
