At the heart of this is developing best in class marketing and sales strategies to achieve our ambition to be the connectivity and digital champion, winning customers trust every day.Role Purpose:The Unified Communications & Voice Solution Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving the sales of UC and Voice solutions to our SME and Enterprise Customers.The role will be to promote and sell Vodafone’s UC products and services, enabling Organisations to enhance their communication and collaboration capabilities.This role requires a good understanding of UC technologies, excellent communication skills and a passion for clients helping to optimise their communication infrastructure.Essence of Role – Key Accountabilities:Drive the sales process from prospecting to deal closure by identifying new opportunities, engaging with potential customers and presenting UC portfolio of solutions.Create, identify and qualify selling opportunities by the preparation of high quality, accurate proposals and quotations for customers.Deliver consistent and on-plan sales through skilled pipeline Management.Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, IT decision-makers, and procurement teams. Cultivate long-term partnerships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.Drive the sales process from prospecting to deal closure by identifying new opportunities, engaging with potential customers and presenting UC portfolio of solutions.Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond by providing ongoing support and addressing any post-sales concerns promptly.We Are Looking For You, If You Have:At least 2-3 years experience within a similar sales environment. Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on selling Unified Communications products and services.Strong understanding of UC technologies and collaboration platforms Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets Relevant higher education in a related fieldUnderstanding of Microsoft Licensing Environments Understanding of SIP environments and solutions Understand of networking & IPWho we are:Vodafone is pioneering Ireland's gigabit society.
