PwC professional skills and responsibilities for this level include but are not limited to:Key Responsibilities Include:Supporting senior resources to lead out on technology projects/ project delivery through managing outputs and deliverables, to engagement objectives, timelines and budgets.Involved in delivering, managing and supporting management on IT projects including design, delivery and quality assurance of solutions.Liaise with client engagement teams to understand pain points and identify appropriate technology solutions and deliver automation and data & analytics services.Liaise with TIDG management and engagement teams to design, develop and implement those solutions.Support engagement teams use of those solutions and wider technology to improve efficiencies.Embracing the digital transformation being undertaken in our business and the new technologies being implemented to achieve this. Being motivated to familiarise yourself with these technologies, how we apply them in our business and delivery to clients. Manage relationships with stakeholders through working confidently with stakeholders and building trusted relationships.Apply knowledge, understanding and knowledge of our clients issues to projects to produce high quality, value add outputs and deliverables.Solve problems through collaboration and teamwork.Build and foster strong relationships with the TIDG, colleagues across the tax practice & firm’s IT department to assist the practice in identifying transformation/ process optimisation opportunities.Member of the TIDG group, responsible for developing and delivering the TIDG support function proposition and having oversight of more junior team members.Required Experience:Minimum 4 years development experience from an ICT environment.3rd level computer degree in ICT area.Excellent troubleshooting abilities.Be creative and demonstrate an ability to contribute to new ideas and propose innovative solutions to problems.Experience of working within a team and contributing to a team environment.Proven track record of effective client and stakeholder communication and managementSupervisory skills.Preferred skills:The following experience\skills would be advantageous :Programming skills in Python, C++, Java, VBA, Visual Basic or Google AppScript.Familiar with Robotic Process Automation tools like UiPath, MS Power Automate, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism.Experience of data science tools like Alteryx, Dataiku or MS Power Query.Data & analytics skills.Familiar with Microsoft Platform.Knowledge of data visualisation software such as Tableau, Power BI or Qlik.Knowledge of Windows operating system and application software including Word, Excel and Visio.Basic understanding of database technologies, like MS SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, MS Dataverse, Databricks or MS Access databases.Unlock your potential with PwC IrelandWe believe that challenges are better solved together.
