We're committed to helping large and emerging businesses hire smarter and faster.The OpportunityAs a Ruby - Integration and Support Consultant, you will be a crucial member of our product engineering team, responsible for handling integration and support tasks related to our Recruitment Marketing platform. This client-facing role involves working closely with customers, our professional services teams, and developers to ensure the seamless integration of our products. This position is ideal for candidates with technical aptitude in Ruby or recent graduates looking to kick start their career in a customer-facing and technically oriented role.Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers to implement the integration projects with customers external enterprise systems and other technical oriented projects as part of wider professional services projects. As second line customer support you will collaborate with global support and customer facing teams to triage and fix bugs, implement new integrations, and enhance & monitor current integrations. Contribute to the support process by troubleshooting technical issues and provide timely solutions. Those with Ruby skills will be given the opportunity to work on smaller development initiatives. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams w
