Grade: Manager/ Associate Director Contract type: Perm We are currently seeking to hire a Manager/Associate Director role within our Corporate Finance team, focussed on the Real Estate sector. As part of the role, you will be involved in providing expert assistance and strategic support to some of Ireland’s largest and most successful Real Estate businesses across the myriad challenges and opportunities they face in the Irish property development and investment markets. You will have the opportunity to work with market-leading clients across a variety of transactions including; Advising on raising both development and investment debt facilities; Advising on the sell-side and buy-side of corporate M&A transactions in the Real Estate sector; Advising on the raising of equity capital for joint ventures, platforms and other investment vehicles; and Advising on the sale and/or acquisition of property portfolios and stand-alone assets. As part of the role you will be exposed to clients active in a wide variety of Real Estate sectors including residential, office, retail, hospitality, healthcare, industrial and logistics. Here is what you can initially expect: Work alongside Partners and Directors, who will support you throughout, to deliver market leading Real Estate transactions, including; Actively managing clients and taking responsibility for managing all phases of the transaction cycle and deal execution; Analysing the key financial and commercial dynamics of transactions and identifying opportunities and challenges to deal completion; Review and preparation of financial models; Leading the preparation and delivery of marketing documentation to investors and lenders; Supporting clients in transaction negotiations; Managing junior colleagues including reviewing their work and contributing to their development; and Taking responsibility for, and proactively assisting, business development efforts, including pitching for new work. We ideally need you to have the following: Minimum 3 years’ experience related to the Real Estate sector in corporate finance / banking / investment banking / family office or similar environment; Strong numerical, analytical and strategic thinking skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Proven project management skills and enjoy managing a wide range of tasks/projects at any one time; Personable team player with the ability to create confidence and trust with both colleagues and clients; and ACA / CFA / ACCA qualified or equivalent is preferable.
