These services include collateral management, trade confirmation & management, Settlements, post-trade reconciliations, Static data and controls functions.Your team works in parallel with the trading teams, based both in London and Dublin, and our operations counterparts based in New York, Tampa, Singapore, and London. You will join a highly diverse and talented group who operate to the highest standards in the dynamic world of Securities lending.WHAT YOU WILL DO:The Securities & Derivative Analyst is a junior level position responsible for processing orders and transactions originating from trading desks and branch offices in coordination with the operations - Trade Support team. Your role is to assist in the clearance, settlement and investigation of client securities and derivatives transactions.Perform trade verifications to ensure accuracy of booking requests.Generate and match trade confirmations according to the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) templates.Complete settlement tasks and daily rate revaluations accurately and on timeCoordinate transaction processing issues to the appropriate department and collaborate on a solution.Perform regulatory controls, account reconciliations, and record retention activities in accordance with established policies.Prepare and submit periodic internal and external regulatory reports.Participate in the periodic General Ledger (GL) proofing exercises as directed.WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:Relevant experience preferred.Understanding of treasury products, accounting, and regulatory policiesProven ability to perform various concurrent activities/projects in a high-risk environment.Demonstrated knowledge of macrosExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWHAT WE CAN OFFER YOUYou will have the opportunity to connect with a global network of service professionals and build an in-depth knowledge of financial services operations and the securities lending business Enhance and grow your career and learn in an environment where you are set up to succeed.We work hard to have a positive financial and social impact on the communities we serve.
