Job Title: New Product Development (NPD) Manager Location: Naas, Co. As they continue to expand our product portfolio, we're on the lookout for a talented and innovative NPD Manager to join our client's passionate team.Responsibilities:Product Strategy and Planning:Develop and implement a comprehensive NPD strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.Create product roadmaps and prioritize projects based on market trends, consumer insights, and business goals.Cross-functional Collaboration:Foster collaboration between the NPD team, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure seamless product launches.Act as a key liaison between departments, facilitating effective communication and knowledge sharing.Market Research and Analysis:Conduct market research to identify gaps and opportunities in the food industry.Analyze competitor products, pricing strategies, and consumer preferences to inform NPD decisions.Recipe Development and Testing:Lead recipe ideation and development, working closely with chefs, food scientists, and other team members.Oversee product testing and refinement, ensuring products meet quality and taste standards.Project Management:Manage the end-to-end product development process, from concept to commercialization.Establish and monitor project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are optimally utilized.Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance:Ensure all products comply with regulatory standards and certifications.Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to maintain high-quality standards throughout the development process.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
