We are in search of a Senior Programme Manager to join our team, focusing on the development and delivery of cutting-edge development and testing tools across vehicle engineering. As a key player in our organization, you will be instrumental in delivering a roadmap of strategic capabilities that enhance efficiency and innovation in our engineering tooling and processes You will be joining a well established team with a great culture. High pressure but high rewards and team support Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead multiple projects concurrently, managing timelines, resources, and budgets effectively to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality test tools. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimize disruptions to timelines and deliverables. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, milestones, and key deliverables effectively to senior management and stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights. Business Case Development: Preparing, gaining approval of, refining and updating business cases that justify the initiation and continuation of projects in terms of benefits, costs and risks. Business Benefit Tracking: Defining, evaluating and tracking the business benefits of projects and programmes. Resource Scheduling: Prepare and maintain an overall schedule for resource in related projects. Governance: Establish and maintain governance for the delivery of projects within a programme. Consolidate and document the fundamental components of the programme (scope, schedule, resource requirements, budgets, risks, opportunities and issues). Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product owners, sponsors and other stakeholders to gather requirements, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed to leverage external expertise and resources to support project goals. Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements, best practices adoption, and innovation in test platform development methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and effectiveness. WHAT YOU’LL NEED We would love you to have proven experience in programme or project management within engineering or automotive. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Project management certification (, PMP) is a plus. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA is desirable.
